To enable us to deliver high-quality services, you agree to:

• Notify us promptly of material changes to your business or circumstances.
• Pay our fees in accordance with the agreed payment terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses.
